I thought you stopped the subscription a couple of months ago, lol. If the skein you received is the same colour that they used in the pattern, then I agree it looks muddy. I love the look of varigated yarns when they're hanked, but I find they rarely look as pretty when worked up. The sock pattern is nice, though.
