I am a 37 y/o male who has undergone two surgical interventions for pars defect in L5 with spondylolisthesis grade I (L5-S1). The first one was a pars repair with the wire but, 6 years later one of the screws failed and had to go in for surgery again. It was a similar intervention but instead the surgeon used hooks and screws. Even though my back felt more stable since day one, I still had some discomfort (instability sensation) and back pain after playing soccer or running for more than 30 mins. It actually never felt 100% perfect, and honestly it has been extremely frustrating since I have always been a high performance athlete. my question is...would this device be able retract the anterolisthesis from grade 1 to grade 0?
