I ordered Dr. Sheth's Ceramide & Vitamin C Sunscreen 50g in offier B1G1 but I recieved only 1 pack, and there is no policy to return my order I like your product but this kind of things is not good. Please do something about this.
I ordered my product on the 9th of March, and today is the 31st of March, but I have not yet received my order. Can you please assist me immediately? It has been 6 to 8 working days, which is fine, but now it has been more than 15 days. Additionally, my order status shows as cancelled. This means that the order has been cancelled without my knowledge from your end, which is absolutely unfair. Furthermore, I have not received my money back as well.

And they cancelled the order and plus i got refund tooo Besides, One of my friends also ordered products from dr.sheths she received them 😊.. No fruad , no scam ..... Sheths sunscreen on 10th march 2024 , payment is done through online and in their own site, its shown as delay in delivery due to pickup issue and still not that issue is not solved and delivery date is not yet shown? Its a clear sign of not responding! Its been 4 days but no update i have raised complaint but not response from their side and not support from customer care side.
