I believe I saw this mentioned in Yessenia's video on this bond story but someone mentioned that Rosanna's bond is essentially a good girl meets crime boss story with the genders swapped. Now I can't unsee it, ShiftUp really took a woman's romance novel and just swapped the genders and said done and it fucking worked.

She doesnt take "no,, or "you can't,, as answers and she will take ehat she likes (plus she knows us too well that she knows that no matter what we will come back to her)

Rosanna is my favorite of the underworld queens, she’s proud, she’s confident and she knows what she wants.
Despite her gruff persona she can still be playful and delicate sometimes.
Ah, Rosanna, the Nikke I wanted the most after joining the game and going through the Nikkepedia. And not only was she the second SSR Nikke i got but also one of the 5 I got to max limit break first. I also really love the whole mafia style of Hedonia as well.
But my god, Rosanna can be so scary-- I mean intimidating-- I mean convincing-- I mean alluring-- I mean what?
Thats why she will probably stay as one of my favourite Nikkes...and yet I prefer Moran.
Now we knew the commander is superhuman, he is the only one can do things to Nikke otherwise an average human pelvis is already broken into pieces
Poor Rapi her double weight might be a problem and I hope she would find a way soon
There are Nikke brothels, so I can only assume regular humans can pull it off, so long as they're the ones topping.
And seeing how the Commander carried Rapi with her entire loadout on, I doubt he'll have performance issues 😂

I loved this bond story. Rosanna is assertive yet sweet as freak. And that ending was perfect and had me grinning like an idiot. But I wish there were more heart scenes with her.

But oddly enough, in a magazine interview someone asked when does that event happen, and they said before chapter 24. That's the one thing that confuses me.
