Huge props to you. Doing my first roll of B&W today. While this video is lengthy, it is absolutely packed full of useful information that answered any questions that I've had. Thank you, Thomas!
Wonderful!
I started out using the Cinestill monobath for B&W and then felt comfortable going to the multi-bath (traditional) approach for my colour negs. As soon as the need arises, I'll be picking up some of the multi-bath chemicals for monochrome, too. Thanks for the video!
that’s awesome! I’ve never tried mono bath but that would be cool to try.
Welcome back!
Thank you!
Yes Thomas! Good to see you uploading and doing well. I should get back into shooting film :)
Hey Jon, it felt good to be back. I'm sure I will put out a couple more videos during this time. Regarding getting back into film, it's the perfect time to do so!
Subscribed after I saw ur Hasselblad videos and was about to invest in my own development gear; thanks for this video!
That is great to hear! Let me know if you need any help along the way.
its been ages dude!
feels good to be back!
Holy smokes!! how did I miss this, Welcome back Thomas! You Inspired me to shoot 6x6 cheers dude looking forward to more vids.
P.S. I hope you can do a vid about printing your film :D cheers brother.
Hello, im newb to film photography and was wondering how many 35mm rolls u can do with the ilford ddx and the fixer?
Sorry for bad english?
Thanks.
Hi Thomas! Long time! I'm about to finally get in to this and I really like this video. Just wondering aprox how long do you run the water as a stop bath and how long to run the water after the fixer. Maybe it's not super important but I thought I would ask :)
Hey! I hope you have been doing well. I'll stop until the water comes out clear, usually a minute or so with dumping it out as it fills. The same goes with the fixer, I dont really do a long post wash.
Ok thanks. I heard about ten minutes so this sounds better ;) Take care and wish me luck! @@ThomasSkrlj
You can always go longer! I just dont put much thought into it haha.@@nickeanderssonphoto3936
