@@anustardust blow drying while combing them down and twisting the middle is definitely the way to go. Straightening them with a hair straightener is an awful idea because 1- burns you hair 2- if you don’t know exactly what your doing the bangs turn out 1000% worse than they were before

I wish I could rock a middle part with a nice blowout but this damn widows peak says no.

@@thehoneybeequeen Yeah it did! It actually only took a few days. You just gotta make sure you set aside time to actually blow dry them, and you wanna make sure you do it as soon as you get out the shower, or they'll dry super fast and shrivel up.

Watched this earlier today, tracked it down again to say that it worked so. Well. My bangs rarely come out as I want them too, even with styling. I just found this video and this is the ONLY video that has worked for me. Than you! I have wavy hair and live in a very humid state. A few hours outside of air conditioning and my bangs are frizzy and going every which way. I could never get them to flow the right way. Your tutorial worked for me. I saw this video before cutting my bangs and i was able to style them better than the hairdraisser🤭 Just a bonus tip before this, divided your bangs in 2 parts, have each part going to the contrary side (the right to the left and the left ro the right.)like an "x". Use the hair drier on minimun heat Just on the roots. then procedure the hair dry as the video demostrates to end styling your bangs.

Ask away any day! It will probably help you control the bangs more if you clip the hair out of the way. You don’t need to worry about parting the hair unless you plan on drying the whole thing. A lot of times you can just dry the bangs to train them then air dry the rest

I live in a very hot and humid city, and my hair is naturally kinda wavy (especially in the front) and my bangs are super curly, but refuse to cooperate no matter how much hairspray I use, and don't really match the behavior of the rest of my hair. This video helped me learn to train my bangs to stay together and cover my forehead so they don't create an inverse heart shape on my forehead (reminding me of the Mayor of Whoville from the live action Grinch), but now they choosing to either stay together and frizz/curl up so they stick out like a visor or they will stay together for most of the bangs and have the ends gather in weird curly clumps that remind me of extras in Beetlejuice.

UGHH first person I’ve seen successfully do these style bangs without using the straight piece you attach to the blow dryer. Unfortunately the blow dryer I had never came with separate pieces to attach, and just recently getting my bangs cut I realized how difficult it was to achieve the salon look when I first got them cut. I then tried to cut myself a brand new fringe once it had grown long enough (from a video off here) but then i cut it too short & it looked dreadful!! I’m glad you trained them! Have you tried putting a light hairspray on them! They could be splitting if your hair has too much oil. The hairspray should dry it up a little

It should take a couple weeks! Use a light hairspray to hold them in place after they’re dry and it will go faster

Maxie Fairbanks the only thing I can recommend is trying out different products. Alterna haircare bamboo finishing spray is pretty good with humidity!

I think that's normal if your hair is thicker/ wavy, not thin and straight. It just happens. Try flatironing them maybe?

I then tried to cut myself a brand new fringe once it had grown long enough (from a video off here) but then i cut it too short & it looked dreadful!! Going to try your blow drying method after washed hair later, but i can see from your video (& others comments) that it WORKS-just subscribed.

Great explanation! I have succeeded in training my bangs this way. However I can't seem to manage to keep it full. I mean, than an hour after I blow-dried it splits like in strands. I hope I'm clear, as English is not my first language 😅 I would appreciate your reply. Love! 🇦🇷
I’m glad you trained them! Have you tried putting a light hairspray on them! They could be splitting if your hair has too much oil. The hairspray should dry it up a little
