Its a beautiful coincidence that the title of the song used is a reference to Dante's Inferno and the main character in this animatic just so happens to be named Dante. As an aside - I'm curious why he's making the "crazy" hand signal. It reads to me like Dante's trying to write himself off as insane to avoid punishment but I'm not sure if that's correct, especially as that'd be a very risky manuever to pull in the 30s.
@@BearJams202Ah I think there was some misinterpretation on both our parts for that second thing. I actually was referring to the specific gesture made to dismissively call someone crazy, but looking at the animation again the position of Dante's hand doesn't match that (the hand-sign I was thinking of is usually done with the swirling finger pointing at one's temple). So it probably is just a nervous tic, like you said. My bad!
