- Playtest seems to be a baron wasteland with little feedback being given. i ask whats needed to give playtest a shakeup to help improve these new bots and features?

I completely agree. If you're not giving active feedback and criticism as a play tester, then you shouldn't have that role. I also think you're right that we shoouldn't be afraid of just saying "I disagree". I haven't been watching for long, but it's clear you love this game and Transformers as a whole which is what I LOVE about your content.
I have a suggestion for something you can do if you wanted. Could you try do a series or a livestream of you starting a new Transformers EW account and experience the modern starter player experience? Again this is just a suggestion and entirely your choice and channel.

If people want access to the test accounts, they should have some responsibility to communicate beyond a survey. I found the small write ups by playtesters about endurance bots in the newsletter interesting. It looked like it was too difficult to get the feedback to SA in a timely manner for the newsletter, so it was forgotten. Why not make a separate playtester comm and start a rotation of playtesters to populate it as part of their playtest responsibility? This is an opportunity to give the community more information on an upcoming bot or feature that is getting ready to deploy. I think it would spark discussion in Discord and you would see community feedback to those opinions before release. It might make the Discord channel better as well since we would at least be talking about the game and not random topics.
Today did anyone hear experience raide crashing. I did one attack and when finished. The screen said contact support. Home screen raide button disappeared. Support replied raide crashed and they where working on it. Still love the game. Before adding to the game. I hope space ape would be more focused on working the bugs out.
Hate to hear you got removed. But SA doesn't like people who disagree with them. I was in the Unicorn chat and got removed because I disagreed with them too much. Didn't matter that I gave supporting information, you disagree and you go bye bye.

I'm from the CE family so know about why Parker left. Needless to say, play testers are ignored and they tended to only listen to one or two people $$$. It's broken AF and only gives lip service to the testers.
Being honest i really like the new bot, i really do... got the 5* D16 got him at lvl 50 ability lvl10 right now he dose some good healing upfront for my tanks the sa11 and g1 looks like they will add even more to the bot.

They want something for nothing. Dont wanna give the playtesters real compensation then dont value their ideas. Smdh.
