I can correlate bit nostalgically, when Honnavar bridge was closed for repairs- we used to live in Goa n every time coming to home we needed to use ferry for bus car rover crossing

Ya After few days this ferry will also disappear as there is bridge coming up both at Hasirumakki and sigandhur
