Pineapple Kesari Sajjige

Indian sweet dish very popular in Karnataka State. It is prepared along with Uppittu, a savory dish and together known as chow chow bath.
My mother always prepared this with Ghee and fresh Pineapple, however, I have used butter and canned Pineapple for the preparation.
