Hi! You'll need to keep practising, as the test requires to look at the camera. Of course you can take a look at the keyboard, but not all the time (otherwise they may consider you are cheating)
My test got rejected twice and I had no broken rules. It says while speaking I was reading a response that had been written out. I don’t understand how to get certified

I'm not sure about that, as you can't have any other apps open on the PC.
