You are not explaining how you are drawing vectors in that particular direction, i mean from (a,d) why vector turned in downward direction why not upward i.e (a,d) and b line can be turned even upward , you are just drawing lines subconsciously which you are habituated to thats it

wrong. The link AB has both radial and tangential accelerations, which made your acceleration triangle technically wrong. Check your calculations.
