In this video, I head back to Wyadup Bay where I've shot plenty of times before to explore the area for a new and different scene.
Shooting locations you've shot before can be a great way to extend your creativity and find scenes that are unique.

Anyone know what happened why there hasn't been a new video in three months? Has something happened to Andrew? I hope not ??
Great tips about revisiting locations, especially since that's what a lot of us do more frequently than traveling all over these days!
I'm still hoping you will do a video on how to get the best out of really crappy situations. We just got back from a two week trip into the wheatbelt to film and photograph and there were days when there was just no time left to get things done that we wanted to do and horrible weather to content with. I would REALLY like to see how someone like you, who really knows what they are doing with cameras and photography would do to get better results in a bad situation. I am pretty sure you could provide insights into areas that I have not even begun to think about despite that fact that I have been doing this sort of thing for decades now. I will never be a good photographer because that isn't my passion but I do want to improve what I do as much as I can. Here is just an example of one day and a half we had filming and photographing during the trip. We stayed at Mukinbudin and had several locations on our list to film and photograph but the weather turned really sour. There was no choice because we had no extra time so we still had to get out there and get footage and stills for the website. We went to Mangowine, Ballycatting Hill, Yarragin Rock, Eaglestone/Lake Brown plus Weira and Talgomine reserves. Sadly the drone was out of the question due to the high winds. When we got back to town we also had to shoot some updated pics and video on that too. The weather was a combination of high winds and showers and the lighting sucked. When faced with that sort of schedule, I would love to know what things you would try in order to get better and more interesting shots. There have to be things that mug snap shot takers like me simply haven't thought about in order to get better pics...
Loved those two opening images with the drone Andrew and lovely final image too. Certainly looked an interesting part of the coast to explore
Stunning location and images, thanks for sharing the trip.
Awesome location Andrew, quite easy to spend sometime here. Really great images, thanks for sharing.
nice work mate. Stunning location. I could spend days there! haha .
Nice image Andrew and I like your advice about revisiting sites to get familiar with the place so you can recognise when something different or special makes the visit worthwhile.
Wow, surprised at how many people were scr ambling over the rocks, patience required to fet your shot... used to that over here on the Victorian coast. Enjoyed your podcast with Paul and Mattt as well. Cheers
I was there on the weekend, some interesting spots a bit north of the spa. But low cloud and the seas were quite large, so not a good idea to wander around near the water. Hope my next visit will see mother nature being a little kinder.
First Man Adam sent me. Glad he did.
Hi Andrew, appears you've been a little quiet recently? Just wondered if you have any more videos coming along???

What has happened to Andrew, anybody know? No activity for over 10 months!
