I used to do lots of green screen work. You’re right and you’re wrong. First, you can have some wrinkles because if you’re properly lit you won’t have shadows from the wrinkles. Second, stand at least 6 feet from the screen and set your aperture so you’re in focus but the green screen itself is blown out, which is also why some wrinkles don’t matter as they’re totally blown out. Where you are standing, you’re actually casting a shadow on the screen which is far worse than wrinkles. Do not light yourself from the front. Right side, left side, and from the top.
Thanks for the pointers, ya the 3 point lighting is great for green screen or most things really. I didn’t realize it was 6 feet I was taught other but the further the better. Thanks again for sharing your insight it is much appreciated
Wow, great real world tutorial for those who don't have the fancy green screen background hardware, and how to compensate for that using Filmora tools.

I seldom post comments on RUclips because it takes time, but for you, I'll take the time to say "Thank you." I'm trying to gain more knowledge on Filmora X in preparation for our recorded virtual graduation (if there will be any) this coming July and this one surely helped me a lot. I'm glad I saw this.
Well I am glad you took the time to leave a comment, I sincerely appreciate that. I hope everything works out for you with graduation. If you have any questions about filmora X feel free to ask.
@@AdventuresThings really did help dude , I was considering buying a green screen for streaming but never could even do the simple task of getting green screen effects to work, now I actually understand how to merge the clips together , am definitely grateful dude !
