It didn't give me that 3rd option, when I first tried it, it didn't work because they deleted all my pictures….and the didn't let me do the face scan again I really needed help in getting back my facebook back because I have been building it for over 25 years but this software engineer called

I did all 3 of these things but it never once gave me an option to enter email address and phone number and each time I hit send it would tell me to login to my facebook account to request help! What were the instructions given to you when your account was suspended? You need to read that and wait for a few days and then try to login again.
When I click on “disagree with decision” it asks me for my mobile number so that I can receive a 6 digit verification code. It does not send. After a few attempts I cannot try again until another 24 hours. I’ve tried different mobile numbers and still won’t send me a code to move to next step. Can anyone help?
The verification form also comes up with an error when trying to send form of identity

So you just have to wait for 30 days, after that, your account will be automatically unsuspended. And you will be able to use it normally. Just login after 30 days period is over.

I got suspended on Facebook for something I didn't even write. It starts off with my comment about getting a transistor for a friend's PA speaker which has a fault then it says something about stabbing them with its legs and an angry emoji! That doesn't even make sense! You can't stab someone with a transistor and even if it was a joke it would have a laughing emoji. I've no idea how someone can hack my comment but it happened and now I'm suspended!

Yes, everyone do this, but Facebook doesn't allow you to represent someone else and if your account gets traced or someone reports it, they can suspend it.
