Please don't use stepped impedance with structures that are far better analysed as stubs. This is where the errors have occurred. Stepped impedance analysis is for smaller width variations.

You are looking 3db value for cutoff frequency but i think we should look for 6db value because you plotted s21 parameter not the power ratio.
I am looking for the insertion loss of 3 dB which is related to 20log(S21) and 10log(power ratio), eventually both are same in dB. 😁
