Holy crap, the 4034 version is way up to 128 bucks at Midway now! So glad I picked one up when I did for 79 bucks. And dude, the SanMai version like the one in this vid is now $385! If you got it for 200 bucks you got a steal!
You and me both, Brother... :-( I want one of those, too... Myself, I didn't realize what a great Blade it was until I used my Italian Warcraft for Woodcrafting. I think the 3V Warcraft I an awesome Survival and Combat Fixed Blade. You and me both, Brother... :-( Peace, Stiletto :-)
It’s a ripoff. They say “full tang”, when it’s just the edges of a full tang with the entire middle cut out of the handle. Biggest ripoff play on nerds ever created.
Yes, I absolutely luv the Carbon-Fiber, John Demko Scales; they absolutely "ROCK!!!" The price is right and they are super light and don't add weight to the AD20.5. I highly recommend them. I wish John Demko would make AD20 Carbon-Fiber and G-10 Scales available for those Models, also. :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Yes! For a real Soldier's Fixed Blade, I would like to see a 3V, Flat Saber-Ground, American Tanto Blade. But, don't get me wrong, I would like to see, both, this San Mai, Hollow Saber-Ground, Tanto Blade and an 3V, Flat-Ground, Tanto Blade, much like Cold Steel was doing with the Magnum Tanto Series before GSM bought out Cold Steel... That would be super cool. Why it would be so cool is because, when you make the Warcraft with a Flat Saber-Ground Tanto Blade you create a super tough Fixed Blade that's real good at heavy-duty tasks and chores. It's not just a great Combat Fixed Blade, it can also handle Camp Duties and Wood Crafting Chores with ease. I hope Cold Steel decides to make this one in 3V, also; I missed out on the last Version with the Flat Saber-Ground, 3V Tanto Blade. I hope they bring the 3V back to the Warcraft. :-) But, until then, I am very happy with the New Warcraft Fixed Blades; they "ROCK!!!" Peace, Stiletto :-)
Yes. They should re-visit using 3V and a Flat Saber-Gtind and a Black DLC finish with the Blades, IN my opinion. But, other than that, this is still an awesome Fixed Blade. I absolutely luv, both, the Budget and High-End Models of the New, 2022, Warcraft; this one absolutely "ROCKS!!!" :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Awesome uncle!! I saw this one on midway (I’m so grateful that you told me about mid way like 1.5 years ago lol) I had no idea about that site before I heard you talk about MIDWAY USA... I’ve been planning and putting money aside to get this one and the 7.5 at the same time (the 7.5 Warcraft San mai is $129 on midway right now) i also wanna pick up the SRK 3V ($109) god willing all at the same time either this week or next pay day we’ll see....thanks again for all the awesome content uncle stiletto YOU DA MAN!!! Aloha and blessings from Hawaii 🤙🏼🙏🏼
Awesome choices, like always, Nephew! Yes, this one, in my opinion, is another great buy at www.MidwayUSA.com. I absolutely luv both Models of this one. In my opinion, both, the Budget Version and the Top of the Line Versions absolutely "ROCK!!!" You cannot go wrong with either one of these. And I am sure all of the other sizes absolutely "ROCK," too... :-) :-) Alpha, Nephew! :-) Peace, Stiletto
Awesome! I bought one too about a week ago also from midway! I think we both keep looking up the same, best deals on all these blades. Super great blade, added a paracord black lanyard though for a bit extra security by the handle. Thinking about getting another since it’s only $200 when normally it’s $300 plus. Great video once again!
Right on! Yes, these are awesome. And, the price is right, too, in my opinion, at MidwayUSA.com. And, I have ordered another, already, too... :-) So, my Extra, Extra Large Fixed Blades are all Cold Steel Magnums and Warcrafts. :-) And, I absolutely luv them all!!! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Beautiful like my cousin's! As said before, it is too much for me to fork out. But I have my 5 1/2 & 12 inch Warcraft Tanto knives in 4034SS, as well as my Recon Tanto in San Mai 3 from Japan. I may wrap the handles, but I have blue collar work hands, so the grip does not bother me too much. I am happy with all 3 of my Tanto knives. And I am happy that you bought the San Mai 3 version. I figured that you would buy one in time.
Hi Bro. I bought this one at www.MidwayUSA.com and I left a link to my purchase at the bottom of this listing. :-) And, this one is super sweet. :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Awesome idea, Bro! I think with many of the Heavy-Duty Models, it would be very cool if they offered them with either Hollow, Flat, or Saber Grinds. That, would be very cool. I like your idea. :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
I like Hollow-Grinds, too. It's easy to re-sharpen them and maintain a sharp edge, because they're not so thick behind the edge. I like them, too. :-) Especially, on Knives I need for a lot of cutting chores that will need a lot of re-sharpening, due to a lot of use. But, I would also, like to see this Model offered with a 3V, Flat Saber-Ground Blade, like the previous Warcraft had,, prior to the GSM buy out of Cold Steel. That was a super tough Warcraft that was Black DLC Coated with a G-10 Scales and a beautiful Flat Saber-Ground, 3V Blade that was almost indestructible. It was able to be used for just about anything. And, absolutely loved doing heavy-duty chores like Wood Crafting and Camp Duties. There is a ton of RUclips Videos showing what it was capable of. :-) And, to me, a real good Soldier's Fixed Blade should be a "Jack of all Trades." I like Cold Steel's, Seki Japan, San Mai III, Stainless Steel for Self-Defense purposes. San Mai is a great way to have an Extra Large, SS, Fixed Blade made, in my opinion. It creates a more impact resistant long SS blade that's better, tougher, sharper, and more reliable and dependable than most, other stainless steel blades. So, for big SS Blades, I think San Mai, absolutely "ROCKS!!!" :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Hmmm... :-) :-) :-) What is the Mission? What will I need them for? Hmmm.... :-) :-) :-) Well, if I need a fast in hand Fighter. I would pick the Magnum Tanto. Though, if I need an extra heavy-duty Fixed Blade, and the extra heft will help me accomplish what so need my Edged Tool for, I would pick the Warcraft Tanto. Myself, I own both. I use my 4034 Warcrafts for Home Defense Blades. My San Mai and 3V Magnums and Warcrafts are Collectors and if the SHTF Blades. :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
@@Kris_Stiletto Good enough answer for me thanks!!) Sounds like the Magnum Tanto is a lighter blade than the Warcraft. Did you ever do a comparison video of the two and if not I sure hope you make one!!)
You know, I cannot remember if I ever did do a direct comparison... Hmmm... If I haven't, I will do one for you tonight, when I get off Work. If I have, In will send you a link. Stay tuned... :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)

Hmmm... Actually, I have 2 12" Blade 4034 Warcrafts and 2 12" San Mai Warcrafts; I ordered another and didn't do an in boxing of it... :-) :-) :-) The 4034 Set is for practice. The San Mai Set is for the Apocalypse.... :-) :-) :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
That's a lot... I always try to catch the Sales... I paid half that amount... I would suggest that you watch MidwayUSA.com for their Holiday Sales... $400, in my opinion, is a bit too high... :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Cold Steel, please do a 3V DLC version again, but with that handle off the San Mai version.
Right on! Tell them what you want! Well done! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)

Wow! I knew it wouldn't last forever. I actually picked up another San Mai after seeing my first one. I am glad I did... :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
Be thankful you're not in Canada, this goes for around $500-$550 depending if it's on sale. I ordered mine today.
One of my few knife buying regrets over the years was passing up buying the 12” 3v Warcraft. It was on sale no less!

Stiletto: also, I fully agree. They need to offer these in 3V with full DLC coating and flat grind! And, can’t wait for the Recon Roll 😊
