That’s me he’s destroying haha i’m still very humbled to have had the chance to roll with the legend. I’m still pretty new to the sport so I consider myself lucky to have learnt some cool techniques from him. Thank to the channel for posting 👍🏼
God, I love Craig. I also believe, like many others, that he won against The Man on that EBI a few years back, when The Man didn't tap on a perfect armbar in overtime. Craig, as a great guy that he is, didn't force the elbow too much. You can see him laughing then. That was a "gotcha" moment. We all saw it. Since then, I genuinely rock with Craig. He is so creative and fluid.
If the defender is not actively engaging the rotator cuff muscles, this is a guaranteed anterior shoulder dislocation and SLAP lesion. I would not appreciate this being done on me at all. The mechanism of injury is very similar to a yanked kimura. Background: I’m a clinician and do BJJ as well.
Your initial comment is the most relevant… the defender should always be ready “engaging the appropriate and necessary postural muscle control positions to optimise movement, strength, reactive balance, sensitivity” Remember what the ultimate of the actuality of what you might be training for…. A real fight 👊🏽 I mean no disrespect but I know that sometimes when I’m making a point I sound like a twat 😕

I thought this was another Craig Jones entirely. Sampler from Slipknot
That's the Estima armbar. Those guys been doing it for a long time. Still nice when someone hits it.
They did it, but its called the deadlift armbar.
Nothing crazy here😴😴Braulio Estima was doing that 10 years ago
Where's your ADCC silver medal then dickhead?
