They came out great. Tara said she wants me to make them with chicken next time which I think will be really good as well. They reheated well both in the oven as well as the air fryer
Do you use Non Dairy Milks? If so you can use that mixed with lemon juice or vinegar to get a similar effect. Use 1 cup of non dairy milk with 1 Tablespoon of either vinegar or lemon juice. For the empanadas you would use 1/2 cup non dairy milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vinegar/lemon juice. Mix and let sit for 5 minutes, Mix it up again and use in place of the buttermilk. I can have butter what can i substitute butther milk? I am intolerant to dairy,lactose, casein and gluten.

Add seasonings to raw meat before you brown it, especially the salt otherwise your meat will not take on the flavor as well.
