This is so great, one of my daughters is a golden spring and the other is a pastel spring and this explains so beautifully why they look good in different shades even though they both fall under a spring palette.
Hello from Canada 🇨🇦, I am so grateful that you explained it in sections. For years everyone has commented that I am a winter. However my eyes are blue, my skin is pale, my natural hair is brown with chestnut undertones. My veins are greenish-blue. My eyes have a halo around the pupil area. I look far better in yellow gold than white gold. However, I always receive compliments when I wear jewel tones. Today you answered one of my questions. I would like to know would spring be able to wear black? I am an hourglass figure and my personality is a romantic classic. Once again I thank you for such great videos.
It sounds as if you’d be a blue spring - so on the coolest part of a warm palette. You might see whether you look good in mixed metals - so a combination of yellow and white gold. You’re probably better in bright navy than your browns, but you’d also do well in chocolate. Your question about black: black is not good on any spring really - you’re always going to be better in navy than black, I’m afraid! Thanks so much for your comments!
Thanks for replying. I've had my colours done many years ago. I was told that I am a Spring. I did not like those colours and went elsewhere for another colour consultation about 2 years ago. Again, I was told that I am a Spring. So - I guess I am a Spring. However, I did not know there are different types of Springs. Through process of elimination I know that I have a warm undertone. My natural hair colour used to be a darkish blonde-brown hair. My eyes are green. What types of Springs are there for me to choose from?

AHA!!!!! Colour of eyes actually doesn’t tell us very much, except that every time you put one of your best colours against your skin, your eyes will look even greener and brighter. It is the skin that determines which type of Spring you are...not your eyes. You could belong to any one of the four categories! Sorry to not be able to be more helpful!
