If you have 10 minutes make this Cranberry Orange Pound Cake

🎄 Cranberry orange pound cake - perfect, delicious Christmas cake! It requires 10 minutes and it can't be easier to make! 💕🎄
Ingredients:
250 g (9 oz) unsalted butter, room temperature
270 g (1 1/3 cup) sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp orange zest
100 g (3.5 oz) Greek yogurt
200 ml (6.5 oz) orange juice
300 g (2 1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
10 g (2.5 tsp) baking powder
250 g (9 oz) frozen or fresh cranberries (or mixed forest fruit)
80 g (3 oz) white chocolate, melted

Grease and flour baking pan (26 cm/10-inch).
Line the bottom with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
Beat butter until light and creamy.
Add sugar.
Add eggs, one by one.
Mix in orange juice and zest and Greek yogurt.
In another bowl, mix together flour and baking powder.
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture.
Stir in cranberries.
Pour the mixture into prepared baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes.
Cake is moist because of the cranberries.
Cool the cake in the pan before removing it.
