- Behind the Lab Coat is a new series by the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute with two main aims: first, to help you to get to get to know the people who are doing amazing science at the Institute and, secondly, to introduce you to the breadth of “behind the scenes” roles required to make that discovery research happen!
Jason Carroll is Professor of Molecular Oncology at the University of Cambridge and has been a Group Leader at our Institute since 2006. He is also Associate Director for Research Culture and Innovation.
Jay’s long career at Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute means he is well-placed to reflect on what first motivated him to apply to work here, as well as what makes him stay!
