I know teachers who have not been paid there since February, and you expect them to keep going to work while they cannot feed their families. If you took a taxi ride and told the driver you would pay him in 3 months, what would he say? RDC is a country rich in resources, but you are allowing your school administrators to withhold money rightfully due to the teachers. You should implement a system where teachers who graduate from a 5 year university are automatically put on the "government payment roster" because they have a TEACHING DEGREE. Right now you have what Americans call a "good old boy system" - where it's WHO you know, not what training you have. Your education system will continue to be a failure until you right these wrongs. Corruption, corruption..... And you're busy satisfying your own lusts instead of working.
