I was there for this battle, it was fucking intense. Fights like this happen more often with FW becoming more popular. We'd been waiting all week, stockpiling ships and fits just for this. I jumped back in three times with three separate ships, the battle went on that long.
For those who are new to eve or dont know what is going on this is a major battle that you wont find yourself in unless youre ready and are part of a faction the stuff on the right is your targets the left is all the text channels and the top right and center bottom are the controls its honestly not that complicated
also i forgot to mention most of this game you fly by wire so anything going on i the middle of the screen doesnt matter as all the info is displayed on the right
For me I do not like how busy the screen gets. until I can put the panels on a separate monitor, I'm just not interested in this game. I've played it off and on for years, but the last of 2 monitor support just turns me off.. Too much stuff.. And yes I know I can arrange it, but I don't want too. BTW not commenting on THIS PLAYER.. Just the game play in general
Lol every battle I watch the leader talks exactly like that. Is there some kind of school you are required to go to before being a leader that teaches it?
Takes a lot of practice and experience. You tend to fall into the role pretty quickly when you're in the fight, shot calling like this is fairly common because it's good practice to continue speaking during fleets as main FC. If you are silent, things fall apart quickly and to your fleet members, it feels like you're unsure of yourself.
