    Mega that mate. If it puts a smile on your face then it’s a winner in my book. Seems like a top bike. More pulling power that Fasty Rides in sunglasses, sandals and pink joggers 🎉

      Defo has more pulling power than fasty rides, but don’t tell him that. Tbh it would suit him down to the ground 😂🤣

    Great review, i loved mine it was a great little bike, really easy to manoeuvre especially in and out the garage, only reason i traded it in for my trident was i struggled to keep up with my mates when on more spirited rides and long motorway trips.

    • @cartzwheels
      @cartzwheels  5 месяцев назад

      How do you find the trident?
      I just loved how much fun the ride was. You can have all the power in the world and not have a smile on your face. Not with this bike haha.

    • @The1977andi
      @The1977andi 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@cartzwheels I find the trident very similar to be honest, obviously a bit heavier but not to much, it still gets called the kids bike as it's so much smaller than my mates bikes( Harleys ,tigers and GS) but apart from wind blast on motorways its perfect for me, especially as most of the riding we do is around the peak District.

    • @cartzwheels

    Make that 110 mpg (uk gallons) on these. That’s what I get easily on my 2019 Cb300r. Brilliant bike. 5500 miles this year and never let me down once. Tax and insurance are very cheap with the cb300r. Only things I’ve needed are a new front tyre and battery after 10000 miles. Back tyre is hardly worn. Thinking of going for a new Hornet 500 but I’m not sure.
    I may regret selling. The new bike will be much heavier, cost more on insurance and tax and not quite as good mpg. I’ll also be paying out a further £4200 and be scared of scratching it.
    Sod that. Just talked myself into keeping it. Lol

    • @cartzwheels
      @cartzwheels  4 месяца назад +2

      I haven’t ridden the new hornet yet but if it’s the same engine as the rebel 500 and cl500 then it’s an amazing engine. Still get great mpg with just that little more power. It’s a Honda, it will never let you down 😂

    For zipping round and having fun this bike looks perfect but personally I prefer traditional styling and boring things like a centre stand hence I'm pretty gutted that they dont offer the cb125f with a bigger engine too. Given that the cb125f is so successful, a cb300f would a world beater imo.

    • @cartzwheels
      @cartzwheels  5 месяцев назад

      I’m sure that you would be able to add a centre stand onto the bike but obvs at the cost to the customer.
      I agree the cb300f would be the perfect bike with the bar risers. And the better riding position.

      Honda introduced a different bike to Asian and South American markets called CB300F, both not liquid cooled as cb125f mentioned above. The liquid cooled CB300F is a predecessor to the CB300R.

      Both amazing bikes but both completely different. All depends on what it is you intend on using it for. If you want green lanes ect then go for the CRF, but if your just going to be road riding go for this.
