I am 63 plus now . I have a narcissist husband who abused me in derogatory words every day for 40 years everyday . He did not earn all life . He physically attacked me many times . He abused emotionally psychologically physically throught. I have no support system. I carefully raised my son's with values , education & good job . Violence and hurting harming all are bad energy right ? If we r effected by these energies what we have to do ?
@sindhulakshmi, we try to purify ourself and raise our vibrations. We can do this by chanting, continually remembering the Guru or God, seva to less fortunate beings, annadaan etc. The Power of Purity meditation is a great way to let go of people and situations from the past that we don't need.

Why should this rebirth occur ? Who was the person, sage, guru.... who said this? Population is multiplying at an alarming rate, so is it the universal forces, the hands of
God or something else? I am befuddled, Sri Mohanji. You spoke about awareness and acceptance, how can a simple person with no understanding or knowledge of
religion , who is the carrier of family responsibility or maybe a single caregiver really delve into the seed of awareness let alone ,acceptance when there is no time for those people to sit back, relax and enjoy
anything . My head is reeli g with doubts, questions wherein i am seeking proper retrospective answers, but till date, it looms large.
