    Whisky.com reviews the Johnnie Walker Green Label 15 Years. The 15-year-old Johnnie Walker Green Label was actually taken off the market in 2012. Due to worldwide customer demand, Diageo decided to relaunch the popular whisky in 2016. Green Label is one of the few blends from Johnnie Walker that are created exclusively from Single Malts. It gets its unique character mainly from malts from the distilleries Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore and Caol Ila.

    This is the only Johnnie Walker I recommend. I’ll admit they have other good blends, but this is the best combination of quality and affordability.

      The Green Label is $110 before taxes in Canada! Hope it’s worth it! I usually go for a lot of peat but have recently heard this is worth trying. My favourite distillery is Lagavulin. Still I think we can be snobbish about blends and I don’t want to to be! Cheers!!

    $115 before taxes in Canada. That’s quite high as better scotch is definitely available for that price. If it was $80 before taxes I’d be happier! The bump to 43% is nice! Very! I love the scotch whiskies in this blend!!

    Bon appetit, good luck to your work. Something like a foamy glass formed in the glass. Is it because of the light reflection? Again, the whiskey looked very dark when you opened the bottle. Your viewers may have the prejudice that the whiskey is dark and very sooty. .Enjoy your meal.

    • @only_folls
      @only_folls 10 месяцев назад

      Let me elaborate. Straight up it's kind of like a couple of lesser known spots made a decent blend and aged it. But once ice chills it and dilutes it it's much smoothest sweet spot to me is 36-39% just going from the taste buds for the price. And it performs well in a highball with ginger ale. It's easy to see why it was discontinued in 2012 everywhere besides Taiwan. I'm really glad I bought it but. If you rarely buy I reccomend Oban 14 year. But yeah both good Scotch and glad to see this video

    Red label should have a do not buy label on it I worked briefly for Diageo in 2023 . Line 3 and working with a problem woman called Caroline . I had to perform a cap change on the fillers on line 3 . That never gets cleaned . Black label a bit better but both red label and black label are cocktail whiskies in my opinion.
