Monkey Island - Humacao - Punta Santiago

Mayor Marcelo Trujillo of Humacao, Puerto Rico discusses the worst hit barrio in his municipality from Hurricane Maria. FEMA staff is met by University of Puerto Rico researchers and guided to the world famous "Monkey Island" an NIH-funded rhesus macaque wild monkey colony on the island of Cayo Santiago. The research labs and facilities were destroyed but the monkeys are doing well.
