Phillies are fun to watch. Great team.

Great win by the Phillies and our offense played better and we bounced back after losing 6-2 and the new guy did ok but was Alr I guess but we definitely need pitching for sure. I’m also glad we got rid of Merrifield. Go Phillies.

I hate Alverado, always white knuckle when he comes in.
“Always white knuckle” as in his last few appearances after being one of the best relievers in baseball over the last 2 years and the best reliever in the playoffs. He earned a long leash whether you new casuals like it or not. Don’t switch up when he’s an important contributor come October again.

@@Sabas916its entirely likely that he will get another few starts after the all star break. If he performs badly in those though, its likely either mercado, phillips, turnbull, or another rookie will take over for his game starts for several innings and walked becomes a long reliever in “innings eater” situations when games are out of hand

3:10 From where Gelof is from it’s about 15 minutes north of me. In Delaware we don’t have any major sports teams. Especially in southern Delaware where it’s a melting pot of Philly, Jersey, Baltimore and Washington. I’m a Philly fan as most people are down here, I grew up playing baseball with the kid so it makes me happy to see him succeed just pissed it’s against the Phillies

I can't do it! I managed to watch a total of 4mins of the Phils/A's video from 2 days ago and I can only get 1 min into this video. That announcer's voice is so irritating I can't watch this video. So high pitched (the voice)! ☹
