Just a gentle walk through of the kata and main points that I wanted to highlight.
I hadn’t warmed up much even though it was a warm evening, so my ankles were still stiff and my junzuki wasn’t long enough, but it’s really about the talking points I wanted to get across for now until my general health is better.
