Tampa ain’t south Florida lol, but good video man. I call whiting the summer run mullet. I smoke them and make smoked fish dip like I do mullet. Also you can’t season a nonstick pan lol, you’re supposed to use the butter for flavor and to cook with but adding oil to butter keeps the smoke point high to keep it from burning. Only thing to make that better as a fish taco is a jalapeño lime oil based slaw, no mayo.

try the bridge before going onto fort de soto park after the toll fish the northeast side of the bridge around 2:00 pm on outgoing tide near the drop off (goofy jig) is good for trout

Hey I noticed that you didn’t have a way of holding up your fishing rods. I use two pieces of 11/2” pvc pipe and sharpened one end and drive them into the dirt or beach sand make them about 2 too 2-1/2 ‘ feet long. Hope this help.

Correction on the pvc pipe make 3 to 3-1/2’ long you also can use bungee cords or rope to tie them off when fishing from a bridge.

I gotta try that next time! Adding the butter to the oil helped a lot to keep that seasoning on! I appreciate the tips and the comment bro! Tight lines!! 🎣😁
