Chef your a good man. But I'm going to tell you this. Today at 10.45am my sister only 50 years old passed away, in Tonga she had diabetes, high blood pressure, and kidney problem 2 weeks ago she had a stroke and today her heart stopped. Leaving behind a young beautiful family. People don't listen to the doctor's and keep eating the fatty lamb flaps and bananas well banana is no good for people with diabetes same as potato, taro and yam you need lots of green leaf eat 6 small meals a day not big meals like you do.
I say if you don't care wat the doctor's are telling you and you go back to your old ways don't take up a bed in a hospital or the precious time of doctors who could be looking after someone that wants change as these changes are forever.

Preach, bro!! I tell ya I'm American-Filipino and I've watched my people eat their old ways and die early. Same thing for each culture especially the PacIslanders. They love that taro and starchy vegs, fatty meat and such. No exercise at all. There's a diabetic and obese epidemic going on. Those hotdogs fried in that pan like that are nasty. Just boil them. My guess Chef is gonna see the doctor again for something bad and that'll be strike 3. (my guess coronary blockage).

@@cookingwithrona8955Rita I'm just worried about Chef as my sister died yesterday in Tonga she had diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney failure, 50 years old. In the island They don't have much choice when it comes to vegetables or meat but in America you have good choices of meat, vegetables fruit. I love following your family you show what a family should be and it's beautiful. I'm just letting you know it's very extremely serious. Ofa atu to you all x islander's are the best family
