i am working so hard right now to attempt to save money for something like this (although not quite as extravagant).
want to grab some forested land of 5 acres, clear out an area, and build a nice cabin in the woods away from everything.
hoping for everything, including home, furnishes, land, sewage, etc etc under $1M

I can't stress enough how convinient the one-stop shop is for the client! We are on the verge of finishing our house here in Cyprus and even though we are very sattisfied by our developer company, we had to go and visit the vendors for the flooring, the cabinetry, appliances, lighting and so on. I wish I was living in the US and being able to work with Golden Eagle on building our family house. Excellent video and looking forward for future series

I live in Northeast Texas. How do log homes hold up from a tornado.
@danlowery5552 Thank you - the final tour will be ready by the end of the month or the first week of November. If you're concerned about tornados, then a full log home compares to a solid brick or concrete home. Both would be optimal for tornados.

Chief architect is a very good choice too. There is a small nuance which prevents us from using it but the nuance wouldn’t matter to most people.

What about building for the Little Guy ? Does this company work with Normal People, Most likely Not.. Just thought I would ask, Because My Husband & I are looking at 10 at Acres
We typically find that we can’t do a project unless the budget for the home is above $700,000
This is for rich people the majority of us either have to look at living on the streets or an overpriced rental of 2000 dollars or more unrealistic for the majority of us. This is for the one percent

Ronald, we build a home or two a year with a urinal buy we don't necessarily show it in the vide.

Hi Guy, we don’t know the percentage of materials that come from us but it’s a lot more than 25%. The reviews aren’t fake and yes the Parmeter family lives in Golden Eagle homes and it only makes sense to feature the homes too.
