If you're asking the same question i was, all you have to do is do what he did, then the facebook will be removed from your IG. now you just have to add the facebook account you want to your IG
Connecting your Instagram account to a different Facebook account doesn't automatically change your ad account. However, you'll need to link the correct ad account manually if you want to run ads through the new Facebook account. Have you already set up your ads, or are you looking to start fresh with the new account?
