That is why Farmers law was brought to flourish our own industry keeping future in mind. But unfortunately people with wasted interest started propaganda against farmers law. Hope someday it will be brought back.
This kind of things happening in all third world countries. We do very often read in news papers about the unrest in farmers over onions export or import overlooking the interests of Nasik farmers in India too. There is great game of politics in rice import and exports in India. But I feel for those deprived to survive in their home land and forced or compelled to flee for greener areas.
Each countries should buy their own products, so each citizen will improve standard of living but we see international products as a more fame or richer in front of others.

Race for money doesn't spares anyone. Big business are not exempted. Food industry control all other sectors, farming, pesticides, packing and transportation business are interlinked. So we have to choose between prosperity of people's or business. Both are different.
why don't they approach to Tomato Sauce manufacturing company for selling their product or why don't they sell to local restaurants and tomato soup makers for road side street food people or can't they sell to another countries like india,pakistan and bangladesh where these tomato selling in indian rupees 70/Kg in local market and in pakistan is 140Pakistani rupees and 140 bangladeshi taka.and many more. these farmers just need exposure and facilities with government to export it with good packaging and quality.
Local industry can not compete with global giants..that is problem..so, in that case govt should be more sensible...is it really hard to pack tomatoes in tin?.why they allowing the import if they have local option. Imported goods should be highly taxable and meanwhile promote and improve local products to compete with global giants... They have option, but I don't know if they have will...or corruption makes them not to do..I don't know.
this is not corruption.... people are also buying packed tomatoes...people should start using local tomatoes.... govt can't ban imports due to policies....

They can sell it with low price afterall less transportion cost and local involvement.. It is not making any sense to me that it is just tomato juice it is not advance technology like mobile or computer circuit board or software system that really hard to make.
