I only wear Chanel perfume and I’ve been using their Veniise perfume at bed for months now so I’m happy to see one made specifically for bedtime. I wear N5 as my everyday and Coco original as my going out/date night scent. Super excited or this addition.

First of all, Allie, you look *fabulous* with that lip! The notes within this fragrance don't particularly speak to me, so I'll likely skip it, but it's good to know what's new. And I always enjoy hearing your thoughts!

I just got this yesterday, LOVE IT - I could never wear the regular Coco Mademoiselle to work b/c of the patchouli. My workmates are triggered by patch, so this is just a godsend. I didn't know about this until last year and finally picked it up. Great review, thanks!!

I love fragrance reviews; especially since in CA you can't spray testers b/c of Covid. Mademoiselle doesn't last on me so L'eau Privee probably won't either, but I really enjoyed this! You're so cute and girly! I just got Pure Poison & J'adore so I have to stop for a minute - but whether I'm buying or not I want to hear what you think about the ones you try! Always treat us to your wonderful perspective. It's fun to watch!

I bought it today in the Chanel Boutique in my hometown while also purchasing the new Les 4 Ombres in Candeur et Séduction Collection. I just love it! I am going to use it during daytime, since it smells so delicate and soft. The sales assistant in the shop told me that you can also spray it on your pillow/ bed linen before you go to bed. I loved this review Hun💕 I actually was inspired by RUclips Vlogger Nina Grey in her $10,000 Birthday Luxury Haul last month and saw she bought this new evening time fragrance so, I did a little research and decided to purchase it. Sadly here in Hawai'i we can't smell samples due to Covid much like other States but, I just went for it because who honestly wouldn't adore Chanel?! I got the same little size as you and if I love it, I'll upgrade to the larger size. Excited to try it. You helped confirm how extra it smells for night time. 🌛✨☁️⭐🌼

I agree If you already love Mademoiselle, you will love Prive. But I would also like to add, that if you have always liked Mademoiselle, but it was too strong for you, so it kept you from buying it, then try PRIVÉ. Because that was my experience. I do not own any other Mademoiselles because they overwhelmed me. But I was always drawn to it. Prive fit the bill!

I’m obsessed with this fragrance with its differences from the original, but it just doesn’t last on me. I’d love to find something similar with better staying power.
I think the Eau de Toilette might be more for you.
Is it lighter than Eau de toilette ? I fell in love with Eau privée . I find edp is too strong fragrance and overwhelming . But Eau privée is my type of perfume that I would actually wear it during the day .
The Eau Privée is a little bit lighter than the Eau De Toilette. The EDT is a bit more citrusy and less woody.

GUYS REMEMBER. PERFUME PERFORMS DIFFERENT ON EVERYONE BECAUSE OF OUR UNIQUE SKIN CHEMISTRY. Before buying perfume try to try it on ur skin to see if it suits your skin chemistry. Pls don't blind buy fragrances

What would you say comparing this one to the coco mademoiselle intense?
The Coco Mademoiselle Intense is stronger and a little bit sweeter. The Eau Privée is lighter, softer and bit more floral.
But which one is more long lasting ?
Hi could you use this for day time? I'm 13 and my mum just bought me this and I just found out that it's for night, I would prefer to use it in the day rather than the night.

Great review Allison, agree with all that you said! I have a sample from my Chanel order of the Coco Mademoiselle edp + L'Eau privee + I prefer the latter actually. It's more floral and not as in your face! Not sure if I'll buy yet as I really LOVE Chance eau Tendre which is more me. I also love j'adore by Dior. Must be a floral gal!!!

Hey! I think you should test prive version. I also think og one smells a bit old but this one I loooved. It’s surly still a classy one. it’s very close to skin , gentle sent.
Sounds better than the original, which I cannot stand! Sounds like it might be the day fragrance and they have it backwards!!!

The night time fragrance smells amazing but its not strong at all for me, doesn't last. And for that price def not worth it, will be returning it unfortunately

I never opened the Chanel chance perfume when I bought it. I did however have a sample. So that’s how I knew I didn’t love it enough, to keep a whole bottle. since it was like $220+
It’s a nice smell. But after doing review research. I went back to Intense. I have the original Coco Mademoiselle and now coco Mademoiselle intense.
I’m in Australia though. So with Australia. It’s said the item cannot be opened. Once it’s opened, no refund at all.
I read some comments in the past, with people being able to open the perfume bottle and return them later. But I’m not sure which country they live in though.

Nope 👎 just used the sample and it’s a big no from me. Was so disappointed as I had high hopes. I live in Australia so I would be better off just getting the hair mist or toilette version.

I’ve been wearing Mademoiselle since it was released, and currently have the intense however I’m struggling to wear it as I find it cloying, so yes I think I buy the hair mist. Alison have you tried any of the Le exclusives? I own Misia, 1932 and Jersey. Misia reminds of the smell of my grandmas old lipsticks I remember as a child, 1932 reminds me of Mademoiselle in a way but a more grown up version (as I still associate Mademoiselle more of a young fragrance) and Chanel jersey is my absolute favourite. Its not a standout fragrance and not the kind of scent that will make you stand out but it’s literally the most comforting scent you will come across. I suffer from migraines so I’m finding myself extremely sensitive to smell so these days I very rarely reach for my perfumes but Jersey is my go to. I spent a fortune on the 200 ml bottle for my birthday this year but for me it’s worth it’s weight in gold. I would be absolutely devastated if Chanel discontinues it
