- This a video of when I worked at ESHR as a conductor and engineer I created after having a VHS tape converted to MP4. In the video we catch ESHR in the first two scene with a Grain train and myself as a conductor. The rest of the video I am the Locomotive Engineer with Coal trains Rock trains and mixed freight. You also get a view of the Chesapeake and Albemarle Railroad and a cab ride. At the end of the video I have pictures I have taken of ESHR from Little Creek Yard to North Junction and other locations. Sit back and enjoy footage of ESHR from 2001-2005. Thanks for watching!
I have to say, 2014 has a very nice sounding Old Cast P3.
I’m shocked this operation didn’t last, had a bunch of customers
Bad management
@@tdluvs Hah thats true
saw one of these trains maybe 10-12 years ago along US 13; it's a shame that this line is abandoned now and they're converting it to a trail

www.youtube.com/@tdluvs Do you have any stories from your time working for ESHR?
this horn is loud as when i saw a 2014 eastern shore in pokemoke
I remember 3842 when it almost fell off a bridge
What year did y’all happen to spot Globe Iron?
I spotted them from 2001-2005
tdluvs I didn’t think they had rail service after about ‘89-early 90s or so. When did they stop their rail service?
@@dequanteb12 I left in 2005 so it wasn't much longer after that because no Amtrak is where Globe Iron was
tdluvs that’s pretty cool to know they received trains all the way until then. Because I’ve frequented that area over the years since I’ve been born and not one time, I’ve seen a train on that track until half of it was rebuilt. I was sure it was abandoned all the way from Goff Street to Coleman Place back in the day. It looked that way, atleast.
@@dequanteb12 Do you have facebook or an email. I can send you pics of us over there
Now the eastern shore railroad is renamed baycoast railroad
As of 31 July 2018, Eastern Shore/ Bay Coast railroad is out of business. The Littlecreek Division is now owned by Buckingham Branch.
