Cody you have a fantastic story of how you got here it is so incredible thank you for making a stand and refusing the nonsense at your law enforcement agency you were employed in
Got it all ordered. I've got no longer than 90 days for the upper. I have the lower and the suppressor. Gonna get the eotech. Can you tell me what the rest of the sbs kit uses?
Thanks a lot the Director of John Wick now they jack the prices up I was so close to buying one saved up for a while now I had to save more for it. Thanks a lot John wick.
That shottie is pure insanity, so, proprietary mags? 2 3/4" only? I wonder if it has a decent forcing cone in the barrel, if it was Vang Comp level I would hurl money at them incessantly.
Just a quick edit. Looked at their product page and it's 2.75" and 3" I've been using a Typhoon Defense F12(one of the wave of Turkish AR-12 models) and I would actually be happy if this Gen-12 used 2.75" shells only. With my F12, it jams just about every other round firing 2.75", but with similar loads and the same velocity in 3" shells, it works flawlessly. I can reasonably find buck shot in 2.75", with 3" buck being about as hard to find as .50AE or 6.5 Japanese. Can't confirm, but I think what's happening with the 2.75" shells is that the stack wobbles or tilts as it's trying to chamber the next shell, causing a bad feed angle and subsequent jam. Either way, these Turkish AR-12s are IMO 3" only even if it says it can take 2.75"
I think Mossberg worked on the mag feeding issues that usually plagued shotguns for just a little over 10 years before they came out with their first one. As far as I'm concerned, if it took Mossberg that long to get it right, then it must be a helluva lot more to it than I ever thought it would be.
Well I think the shirt one is awesome .the only semi auto I own is a mohawk 48with the reciprocating barrel..I like that system it's jst mine is old and the barrel is super long and I dnt dare cut it to 18 cause it's old man I'd love a short one
@john Carlos what do u mean ship me a gun . That would be the nicest thing that would ever happen to me.. ..lol I wish it was true.. that short version was awesome..
@john Carlos what is legit.the gun or getting one for free. Either way that's awesome..I've wanted a short ar or shogun for a decade now but whenever I save the cash my truck needs work or hearing oil.lol
This must be an old comment because Cody has done just that and he now has a 12 gauge shell that has five five six bullets in it with six times the gunpowder of a standard 556 so to make a long story short if you get hit one time it's like getting hit by a 556 platform five times but all in the same area with a lot more destruction
No its not... A Benelli will run you 1500 and this upper can be had for a few hundred more and a it's 10x better than any tactical shotgun on the market.
Any word on the ammo and reloading component shortages? Seems to me there’s little sense in getting excited about a new firearm if you’re not going to be able to shoot it. Like presenting new car models when gasoline is rationed. I’m not a conspiracy type but it seems if the ammo, gun powder and primer companies are cranking their products out and they’re not available that somewhere there are a bunch of sons of bitches stockpiling it and dribbling it out at gold camp prices.
Gay, I’m sure these shoguns are overpriced. The whole AR and AK shotgun thing is dumb. Nobody requested these guys to make a breaching shotgun. That would be the worst breaching shotgun ever. The shorty Remington and mossburgs are perfect for breaching. They are short, no mag, grip or stock making it cumbersome. You don’t need a mag for breaching. All you need is a barrel, firing pin and 3 to 4 breaching rounds in a tube and the smallest possible way to put that all in a package.
Benelli is overpriced garbage. Only the fan boys buy that shit and last I checked, Benelli M4 got its ass kicked in field testing up against the gen-12.

Amen!!
Why do all these gun show guys dress like John Wick villains?
🤔
He looks like bearded tom hardy if he was in John wick...
Because their gun is in the movie...
@@DollyRanch is it really?
@@philmbu6741 yeah, all stamped over with Taran tactical. You can have a search on youtube if you want, Ol Taran has a video showing the movie one off

John Wick better use this in the next movie. The sales guy definitely shows it'll be ideal
Funny you should say that.
Guy looks like an extra in John wick
🤔
Is there a drum magazine for it yet ?
Cody is the man

“at 1:38 and nobody likes a premature ejaculation. I mean ejection..” 😆🤣🤣
It's an AR12 platform, not an AR10 one. But it is compatible with an AR10 lower.

@@fromach Thanks very much for the info, seems like engineering mag fed 12 gauge's is quite the art form!

real interesting, but how in the world did you get this poor quality in 2022? what are you using to film?
I think it's the camera settings, a bit squirley.
Dark = high ISO setting = grainy is my guess.
Did he say ar10 compatible?
No, same functions.
Yes it is, however the upper only fits DPMS Gen 1 308 lower
@@gsrflyby thanks for that reply. I forgot about this and looked it up. Interesting but pretty pricy. I'd rather have Beretta.
@@1980Baldeagle Wrong.

It's time to modernize 12 ga shell itself.

How can you have a 3/8-24 thread pitch on a 12 gage. ???
It's not on the barrel...
No price tag??? How much????
$2,449.99 msrp for the GEN-12 SHOTGUN; which is the cheapest complete shotgun build they are currently offering.
@@WeAreHere-42 omg. To steep for my taste….

what is this? they wont sell an upper?
Awesome
I love it
Lol not for 3g plus on a 12 gauge. It’s a typhoon f12 but with the American price tag
Oh neat
way too expensive, if they dropped the price a grand, they'd sell a ton.

About those upcoming gas prices.....
I like this guy already lol no one likes prematurely ejaculating
More reliable? the M4 is gas and reliable as heck
No gas firearm "Especially one w/ a forward assist" is more reliable than an inertia feed firearm via reciprocating barrel. No way...
Prob his first time in a suit.
No way.....
Why is everyone at the SHOT show wearing black????? It's very difficult to view the products!
Gotta be tacticool
Because it is a tacky sub culture, full of people with horrible tattoos and who think Pit Bulls are good dogs.
I only know about this company because of comedian Owen Benjamin 👌
