One year exactly with the pint and tomorrow I'm installing the mini fins on the fender. Pumped up !!! No side rails yet 🤘 stock black, red fender and black fins.
I have the OG Pint and am addicted to OneWheel riding too. I installed the Quart battery upgrade for more range. Also, yes, I am patiently searching for that ideal used XR as well.
The XRis better in every way but I’m a bigger guy too. But that wobbly pint really got to me. The best improvement is to my ankle tendon on the Pint it felt like it was going to tear in half and I have never got that feeling with the XR. You’ll see the only good thing about the pint now is the weight…when you’re carrying it due to low range.
I worked my butt off to squeeze in this video before the GT arrives and then that email comes in lol... oh well, time to buy more XR accessories and keep shredding!
Heya Helge! Thx! I use colored gels (basically a plastic film) that is inserted inbetween the bumpers and LEDs. I still have the Red & Green colors that I put in for the holidays, but next time I change them up I'll make a video on it. It's pretty simple!
It's funny you said 6 months in you got an XR after the pint. I got my pint on a Friday and messed around with it all night. Saturday morning went out on a big trail system that's paved and committed all day and didn't have a fall. That night I ordered the XR lol
Haha, damn that's love. My brother in law bought a new scooter when I was still on my Pint. He could go faster and for longer (that's what she said 😂), and it pretty much made me hunt down the used XR I'm still riding today.
I got a new xr for a decent price I think? $1200 brand new, I was thinking of waiting for the GT to be fixed but honestly starting at 2200 it’s too steep for me. And there’s no telling how long that’ll be
hi, i heard Future Motion retire the XR off the catalog... previously for the GT and the new Pint... Is that a problem if I buy a XR now, i hope upgrades will continue... and parts etc..
That's correct. I think if you don't abuse the XR too hard it will last a really long time. Basically, just don't ride in rain or water. The tires are a standard go kart size so those are replaceable anytime, and there are a few companies and small shops that sell batteries if they ever go bad.
by the way, those little rocks are my worse enemy. . . it brought back many sad days being hurt because of those little tiny devil rocks. . . You are video is awesome. .real life. . adventure. .
Really depends on mods/accessories included and hardware model. If it's bone stock and you don't care to do much modding, I think it's a fair price. Brand new XRs were $1800, modded or desirable hardware models are usually still over $1k I think.
I feel for all the folks that sold their XR for the new GT they keep Pushing off. I canceled my order the moment they moved the goal post. I will wait until the crap chips and poor quality due to long lead times is over…if it ever will be.
should buy an XR . .should I get back with my old GF??? If there is something better out there, I choose the newer one. . new GF, new Onewheel. . .out with the old. .evolution.
Addicted to mine love watching others to get tips, tricks great job on the vid
Awesome vid bro!
Amazing quality. Well done

black and red is always a good look!

Nice! If you are on the used XR hunt and plan to battery mod, make sure you grab hardware that's compatible! I know I wish I did!

How did you color your light looks very cool.

I have the exact same quiver and the same level of stoke for them, although holding of on getting a GT for now.
Ya, I was putting off some XR mods/updates, but looks like this banged up XR is getting a small makeover 😂
Cool video great info

Like I say, XR is still great...I still have mine and when I don't need the extra GT range I find my XR is more then enough for my needs!
Did u do any water proofing to it b4 u went through all the water?
Did u change out the headlight cable?
Nope and nope. Not badgered, nor have I ever opened the controller box or changed batteries. Maybe I’m just lucky. 🤷♂️
Thanks off to Aspen with my Xr

You think 950 bucks for a xr with almost 500 miles on it is a good deal ?

i love my XR
GT's don't begin to start shipping until the month of Marchus.
yea, I got the email as I was editing this video...pretty bummed, but at least I didn't sell my XR yet lol.
Just bought a used XR 150miles for 1k. I think a snagged a great deal.
That's awesome!!
👍🏾
Lol. Roll the intro!

Ya, it's definitely frustrating! I mainly want that GT for the range so I can hang with my JW/CBXR buddies...
