Nikko should be right up your alley! Perfect day trip from Tokyo. Also, I think the flowers (10:08) are from Japanese plum trees 😊 Thank you for another great video! Always appreciative of your time and effort ❤
If you go to Kyoto you should visit Eikando zenrin-ji temple!! The gardens in that area are soooo nice and when I went it was very quiet compared to other more popular temples in Kyoto. I am not sure why it's not more popular because it was literally one of the highlights of my trip. There are also other temples/gardens nearby ( nanzen-ji) so you can do a few in one visit to that area. It's also really close to one of the really aesthetic blue bottle coffee shops in Kyoto ( I was able to walk from there to all of the these temples/shrines) . Koke-dera temple ( moss temple) on the other side of Kyoto is also really nice but you have to book in advance ( I think you can book like a day before you go)
