I Fixed what I'm fairly sure this is the root of the issue - Ram Primaries must be set to ratios of 1-2-2-4 and FPS needs to be capped externally than in game. All Unreal 4 in game caps are wonky for Valorant's overly high tickrate. ruclips.net/video/6CB8P0-hJRQ/видео.html
