U r absolutely right sir, I suffered a lot now .I file a complained against Panchsheel public school which is in Jaitpur .they r not giving my salary although I joined through written ,demo ,interview .I scored good marked in written n demo.they removed me when asked reason of removing they started false aligation on me.I started crying in front of them.all froud happened to me in a planned way.even teachers were there are making false accusations.

They hired me for upper primary (class 6,7,8) and i asked about summer break salary so they said yes we will give you salary and 1month 5 days Summer break and school timings they said 8 to 4 but sometimes it's till 4:30 and 5 o'clock after leaving my previous school when i joined so they gave me 3rd to 8th classes when i asked so they said maam in our system every teacher have to take 6 period and we have only one one section in each classes so you have to take than i don't have any option so i have to take now they are are saying we will not give you summer break salary that was miss communication (galti s bol diya) . 1 day after school they said to take orientation classes from of 3 hours so total working hours are 8 +3 - 11 hours . And so many things are there so what's should i do . I was getting full salary of 6th pay commission and PF but now my Principal ma'am wants me to come in consolidated salary because she feels that my salary is touching PGT scale. Sir with due respect lekin aajkal ke teacher itne professional aur niche utar gaye hai jiske liye ham parents ke dill mein dukh hai bahot, meri daughter ek private school mein padti hai jab woh pahali baar after pandemic school gayi class 3 me, ek ma'am ne usko khane ka packet kholkar nahi diya uska woh lunch time tha aur usko chaar baat bhi sunakar bina bacchi ko madad dekar waha se bhaga diya. Kaha "you don't know how to open a packet, go and learn at home, go from here"!! Just imagine and she is a senior teacher but ofcourse one other junior teacher helped her out and added again ... 'sweetheart go and learn at home'. This is kalyug, no more values left in teachers nowadays, sorry to say . From Kolkata .

We are in Chennai here lots of North Indian children are getting discriminated and the teachers don’t treat them well they try to discourage children who are able to speak good English inspite of them being good academically and the school being English meadium cbse school really very bad seen here in Chennai they discriminate on basis of language caste

Sir, I'm a confirmed teacher, worked for 20 years in this school. I was getting full salary of 6th pay commission and PF but now my Principal ma'am wants me to come in consolidated salary because she feels that my salary is touching PGT scale. When I refused to come for contractual job or consolidated salary or return the salary now after 1 year she is again pressuring me resign.
I am fighting since 3 months but sometimes feels very low. Please guide Sir.
