why do you want to study without IELTS like english is a language you have been speaking since school like french langauge if you want to study i think you can in province like qubec withoput IELTS but all exams would be in french and you should study everything in french than in english. What I suggest is top IELTs get a decent 7 or 6.5 and apply for admission than to add more value to your application you can get a TEF exam result. and do the complete course in English than in french

Not all questions carry equal weightage. And the marking scheme has not been published by the organization so it is difficult to tell with certainty how many correct answers will get you which score.

No. Higher level questions has more weightage. Proof being, I got odd number of marks in my result sheet.

Bonjour - When I gave the exam there in Oct-2019, they played the audios on a CD Player. AF Chandigarh did not have e-TEF at that time.
