First giving Goku time, two he gave Goku his energy willingly, and third he cheered for Goku and helped him get back into ultra instinct and knocked the stuffing out of Jiren too. Can't wait to watch the next episode either

He was never harboring no grudge or ill will towards the other combatants in the tournament; this was demonstrated by his self restraint to not eliminate everyone, even though he could have. Although he did dislike Goku, he never hated him, if he did, Jiren would have eliminated him many times. Some may argue that Jiren used his team as a sort of shield, since they lacked the power to defend themselves, and because of his comment towards Toppo, and what was revealed by Belmod. In truth, that is also a misrepresentation of Jiren. We have seen that when Kale wen't berserk, Jiren stepped in ,and protected his team by knocking out Kale, but not eliminating her, thus, another example of Jiren restraining himself. We get another example when Majikayo was about to eliminate Dyspo, Jiren stepped in and eliminated Majikayo; whom threatened to mutilate Dyspo by attempting too cut off his ears. Jiren never needed his team, even to help him conserve energy, remember, he had the barrier were only the worthy can penetrate through it, as a result,, Jiren kept his team around because he cares for his team, regardless of the way he interprets the world around him due to his dark past. It should be noted that if he did not care for his team, he wouldn't have dressed up as a pride trooper. Moreover, Jiren has a motive, and goku doesnt. Jiren never wanted to join the tournament in the first place, but had too for a particulate wish, possibly needing more power to take down the evil dooer, nevertheless , we have fans rooting for Goku to beat Jiren, who is a victim of his past and of an evil entity. It gets worse for Jiren, not only did he have to deal with the strongest contestants, but had to deal with UI Goku, that for some reason, Goku reached that technique by getting blasted by his own move; a technique that even the gods have trouble mastering. Don't forget, UI Goku kicked Jiren in the stomach during the first transformation, and making him squeal as in episode 128, Hit landed a blow on Jiren were he made him squeal as in episode 128, Vegeta landed a blow on him and made him squeal as in episode 128, and made block the final fash, and lastly we have UI Goku at the end of episode 128 punching Jiren in the stomach making him squeal, and people in real life, are assuming that Jiren is going to lose based off his facial expression that he made in the past, and they still think he is going to lose regardless of episode 129 preview were Jiren was owning UI Goku, until Goku miraculously mastered the technique, a technique that he doesn't know how he got it, , and doesn't understand, All this to take down Jiren a silent contestant. A contestant that doesn't make his problems known or cries about it, he does something about it, yet people in real life want him to monologue like Frieza, and Cell. This is Jiren to me and he most certainly is being made a victim not by life itself but by the dragon ball fandom.
