I’ve seen a massive big black cat slightly bigger than a domestic and looked the same about 1 and half times the size at the back of the Pentlands near castle law shooting range this was about one year ago.I cycled along a quite road I slowed it was sitting on the edge hunched up primed to attack me and a gut feeling of slight fear went through me but not scared I should have taken a photo .I’ve started gold panning around Edinburgh in burns I toss the big stones where the burn has started to erode to fortify or make pools for eels ,fish to lie without diverting the flow to cause erosion .I will fill the holes if necessary
