If you’re alive and live the rest is all BS all unnecessary you’re here and do something with your life, there is birth and death but life has no opposite and belief is the worst. because it creates duality, is your heart beating without any thought are you breathing without any thought what more is there to do?
Well, but that's not a 'middle' age crisis. :) Maybe a quarter-crisis. Relax.. Never forget the amount of light your in! Respect the chances, not the barriers. Stay flexible and open. Time is the treasure that's given to you. Trust the positive and follow it's invitation. .
Namaskar Sadhguru ji, does 42 mean exactly 42 or like in my case i am 43 years old now, have I lost the second chance, do I now have to wait to become 60 years old? Pls throw light pls
No sir, he said 33 is a particular time, but in this same video, he also says, Individual people can fire up anytime and fly in their own way. So with sadhana and grace, you can also thrive and fly.
@ Compare the brain of someone who is 20 and someone who is 30 only by looks. Does a brain think of itself in age or do you tell your mind to think in them ? If you‘d knew how deep conditioning runs in society. You can teach you brain what ever you want internally you can be 10 within a 70old body. Your brain doesn’t know limitations it gets taught to think in them. A kid doesn’t automatically assume something is impossible , it just wonders if it’s possible while adults immediately say „ this is not possible „ 😂 they limit themselves with it. A body surely ages but a mind doesn’t naturally think in ages thats what I intended with my comment. YOU can design your internal life the way you please , this will reflect your external life as well. Don’t limit yourself like others do . A brain is plastic so let it be plastic without you telling to harden up what many do. People tell themselves to harden up ( especially men ) and wonder why they break badly 😂 anything hard is destined to break , every seen rubber to break ? Me neither. Soft people don’t break. Your skin only protects when soft , your mind only functions properly when soft even your bone canals function when soft. Chose to be soft women 😂 if you want to be a little girl within a women body there is no one stopping you from it or you want to be at the brink of dead within a 30y body. Your choice 😂

Sadhguu grabs truths from the ancient Hindu spiritual tradition and then regurgiates them as his own (adding superstitions as delicacies). Just bear with meditation for 3 hours before you sleep and after you wake up. 6 hours a day meditations too energized you sanity nothing else .🙏
