This movie was definitely a clash of classes. Clark, Eddie, Mr. Shirley, the neighbors. Clark waiting for his bonus, while Mr. Shirley is all set for Christmas, and Eddie and his family are just happy they were able to coast long enough to make it to Clark’s house.
What kills me is that I missed the reference with the mugs all years 🤦 Moose mugs In the first movie they went to Wally World. Marty Moose is the mascot The mugs were a souvenir from the trip.
Considering the outdoor snow scenes were mostly shot in Colorado, it's still a fantastically funny movie! The scene where Clark first comes upon Cousin Eddie wearing that stupid black hat with the ear muff covers sticking out gets me to damn near wetting my depends every time! The scene where Eddie is emptying his toilet tank into the sewer and yelling to the neighbor "Merry Christmas, shitter was full" is epic!!!!
