We had the soundbar by itself and it was good but when we got the bass module it changed everything. You MUST get the bass module, you won’t regret it people ! Great vid 👍

Hi, Bose soundbar700 only does not have the Base of the Cinemate15. Cinemate15 is a home theatre system with soundbar and subwoofer. Sound slightly better on the Soundbar 700 but lacks in Bass compare to cinemate15. Adding the Bass Module 700 to the Soundbar 700 is a total different thing and a true game changer. No Soundbar system can rival with the Bose Soundbar 700 plus BaseModule 700 when paired together.

Thanks for the question. I would say slight better sound stage on the Bose sound bar 700 . Also with the Bose sound bar 700 , you have wifi and Bluetooth connectivity which is not available on the cinemate15.
Cinemate15 is No slouch as it’s sounds great and performs well. Cinemate15 is a wired system and smaller sound bar.
