Back in the day, I used to have a zerg rush with 24 zerg by 2:30-3min and id hit the enemy with JUST enough lings to kill their harvester line about 85% of the time. I love the ling flood with commitment. You get that extra attack speed and burrow and put em where they would normally put their main bases and watch them be like; "Why cant I place this?" ? *Rage* Then they send a probe and realize, it was 1 ling this whole time they been typing. Gosh; I really love zerg cheese. They should start a farm.

The problem is, he is right about one thing. Protoss are just nerfed over and over, despite no Protoss Professionals winning the major tourne's. But yeah, he screwed up royally. You get hit by the same tactic 3 times in a row, that's 100% your own fault. He had PLENTY of time and resources to build a proper defense against those run-by's.
I once won against a terran that made a marauder all in (rush) and killed like 2 bases (the natural and 1 random that I did because the natural was sieged) and he started demanding that I give him my address and "stop living with fear" and then he ranted that I was cheating somehow. (the reality is that his macro suck and I was eco ahead for like 4 minutes, and then I killed him with something)
It's not that it's imbalanced, but it's definetly putting more pressure on non Z ( in this case P) player to do things and to execute them properly. All these comments were absolutely right, but if I think aboit it both players actually executed on a pretty similar level with P arguably even macroing better. We are saying that in this scenario Z shoild obviously win.. It doesn't mean it's imbalanced, but at most skill levels we can "difficulty" of what needs to be done and how it needs to be executed os definetly a factor. Of all these things that we said about P not doing or doing bad - we can say the same about Z player. Z player didn't wall except in one place, he didn't harrass, except for very late - which is when P responded and took out Z 4th. Only thing that Z was definetly better at is being a good sport. Since he submitted the game here though he arguably still wanted to make fun of P player.
I would love to see his reaction facing me when it put me in masters. ranking placement was apparently bugged at that time so i probably should have been silver or low gold at best. I haven't played since Heart of the Swarm and was trying to get back in the groove of things but people either quit right away or faced people who were way better than me. At that point i dropped sc2 again since i didn't really learn much and would mostly always be cheesed. The few games that got to maybe "mid game" i would have no idea what i was doing.

Ive been top diamond as zerg and high platinum as terran as my highlights. Not good but maybe slightly above average sc2 player. And learning protoss currently. And i have to say, if every player played every race not only would they be better players, there would be no crying about race imbalance. They all have their challenges and strengths. If there was actually any merit to balance whining then everyone would just switch to the better race? The game kind if boils down to: dont let protoss get the army they want, dont let terran get the positioning they want, and dont let zerg get the economy they want…in diamond league i realize by watching my replays that any slight imbalance their may exist between a race on a map is so far negated by my mistakes in mostly macro, but all other aspects of the game to where the imbalances is only relevant to pros and for specific maps

NGL I’ve messaged players after games, said some things I regret back in wol/hots. Gotten too worked up about a loss. Had to take a step back and remind myself it’s a game, it’s supposed to be fun. But Jesus Christ, ranting for like 15 minutes straight after WINNING a game that you played incredibly poorly, defended poorly, then F2ed your army across the map? Using that many slurs over a game you won? Yikes. Uninstall the game. It is not healthy for you. Go touch some grass.
I equate it to this. It is like when you see a Homer Simpson type higher up the ladder at your place of employment and it enrages you because not only is it unfair but it often ruins your experience doing your job because of incompetence. Think about that but then apply it to Starcraft 2 instead of employment and you kinda get what brings out the rage in some of these people lol.

I play toss as offrace and I think getting archons is way easier than hive. Hive costs tons of time to construct.
