1:06...I am having the same issue. The screw spins of the other side to tighten itself up. I can get one side out but the the other side just spins. What is the tool you used there?
You'll need a set of allen wrenches. Almost everyone has a set (many have forgotten that they have them or won't know where they are). If you ask around I'm sure you'll be able to borrow a set. I do not remember if they were metric or standard SAE so consider grabbing both sets.
Thank you! To find the manual google the following "pro-form 590e eliptical grease". There is a page for maintenance and on that page is has a drawing that shows where to insert the grease gun to grease the rollers. There could be more steps so be sure to read through that. I hope this helps. -John
IKR!!! It's crazy. And I had a 2500 at that time with a full 8' bed. Now I got a itty bitty 1500 with a 5.7 bed (miss my 8' bed). Thanks for the comment Dean! - John
Well, if you made a video you can play it in reverse???? And then maybe you can put it back together again? This was a stupid video I did back in the early spring. I was going through LOST footage and found this so I edited it up. Thank you for watching. BTW I'm getting better at cooking!

It was really a video for me to show how I disassembled it and I had to do it quickly as my brother was moving out of his house and I needed to get out of there as quickly as possible. The point of me recording the disassembly was so that I would somehow remember how to reassemble it (I guess if I played it backwards). And oddly enough I got some comments on videos like this that helped some.

Approximately how much would you estimate the weight of the flywheel section? I am looking at taking apart and moving a Matrix elliptical.
My elliptical doesnt have a ring that needs to be removed in order to replace the wheel it's a 520e perfect path elliptical someone help....

open bed half-ton and 2 strong people would definitely be easier than tear down and re-assembly.
